I am by no means a stranger to the gym but have never used any performance enhancers other than ephedrine. I am 33 and am here to learn and absorb everything this community has to offer. I will most likely wait until I have dropped some fat and have reached my ideal limit in strength before I decide to move forward.
If anyone can point me to a good starting point it would be much appreciated. This site can be overwhelming in information and advice.
