    Arrow is this weekly programme to much without steroids

    okay i took you guys opinions and decided to leave the gear a year for now at the moment i am training 3/4 days a week, i change my routine every 6 weeks too, so far it goes.
    monday: chest/bicep
    wednesday:shoulders/traps
    friday:back/triceps
    and i do legs eather tuesday or thursday
    sat/sunday:rest
    i was looking into this week but was wondering if it was over training as im not on steroid etc.
    monday:chest and 2 tricep exercise
    tuesday:back and 2 bicep exercise
    wednesday:shoulders and legs
    thursday:biceps and 2 back exercise
    friday:triceps and 2 chest exercie
    sat/sunday:rest
    if you could post up some new weekly programmes that i could try i would also be gratefull.

    do 1 muscle per day, it'll be better if your not on gear,

    I use to do chest-monday / biceps tuesday / triceps wesneday / back thursday / friday shoulders, (and you can add legs ect.. into one of the workouts) / 1 day off then go at it again, or 2 days whichever u prefer.

    working your muscles 2 times per week is pretty harsh even when your on gear, I did it for 1 month and a half, and I had to stop because it was being quite a strain on me, but it was worth it.

    You should go to the workout section of the forum for them to help you with your specific goals, but i am pretty sure that they are going to tell you that training body parts twice a week is not going to help. It will probably cripple your body's ability to build muscle as fast imo...

    Fuk that legs r just important as any other muscle, they especially need a day on there own... Can't just tag legs on at the end

    Yeah you can do it but theres a ton of workouts in the workout section that could help you get ''there'' more effectively. I deffinetly don't know why you would just add legs in with another muscle group, I work my legs till I can't walk straight LOL.
