    Software for getting diet right

    Hi,

Just thought some of you would be interested in this. There is a software called FoodWorks that can used as a great tool to calculate macro (P/C/F), ect...

I think it's mainly used by nutritionist here in Australia and New Zealand.

You just have to select the right food and quantity and it automatically does everything.

Not sure if I have the right to put a link but you can google search and use the trial as I did. The 'to buy' version is quite expensive but trial does the same job, just 30 days tho :-( I've used it to tweak my diet and pretty stocked to see how simple it is to get diet right with the right tool.

Actually, it would be great to have someone (nutritionist or else) to review the software and give us his/her opinion but i think it's fairly easy to use and give a good indication of macro and micro.
