    What should I add? Bulk diet

    Age: 28
    height: 6"
    weight: 192lbs
    bf: 11%
    BMR: 3160 cals

    I will be doing 300mg a week for 10 weeks of Pentradex 300 and stacking 25mg d bol for the first 4 weeks.

    Then I will be doing the 40/20/20 nolva PCT 4 weeks after last pin.

    Looking to gain as much lean mass as possible with out too much bloat or fat. I know I need more everything. I just dont know what. I could throw a banana in there and maybe but I really don't know.

    I could also add another cup monster milk to meal #2 and that would bring the total to 2621/52.62/241/304.8

    Should I add more pro shake in some where. This is a lot of food for me and it's getting a little easier to eat more every day but I am limitted by work. So cooked meals are hard to pull off. I need things I can bring and don't require cooking.

    For example I would like to replace meal #4 with something else I don't need to cook. Any ideas?
