Use of HGH to help recovery???

I had back surgery in Nov.(microdiscectomy L5-S1) I also have a tear and bulge on L4-L5. I'd say that my pain level is 40-50% better than before the surgery and I have had my first steroidal injection in my back last week with little success. Im scheduled for 2 more in the next few weeks. Now if if this works and my pain is greatly reduced will HGH help me recover on the medical and physical side? Other than some cardio and mild body weight exercise I have been out of weight training since July 09

I am looking to strengthen my conective tissues and get the help from the overall benefits of HGH. Is this something I should look into to help recovery? Also will HGH help my body repair the disc itself?

I am going to try and get this therapy approved through my/a DR if it will make a difference before finding it on my own.

Thanks for the help in advance!!

It has worked for other people with disc problems. It may or may not for you. You should try GH for a minimum of 6 months to a year IMO and at least 3iu per day to see how it goes.

    Best of luck to you.

I had an accident while I was taking 4iu/day of HGH and ended up cutting and damaging my knee and leg. I was amazed at how fast that injury healed.

My joints feel much stronger since taking HGH. I've been taking HGH for a year and a half now, but currently only take 2 iu/day. I do still feel the effects of it at this low dose.

From my experience if you are over 40, HGH would be beneficial... However, good luck getting a doctor to approve an off-label HGH treatment. If your doctor does approve and prescribe such a treatment, I hope you are wealthy or have an insurance company with very generous benefits, because the treatment will be expensive.

There are creative ways to obtain HGH, which don't include getting a doctor's approval and prescription. If you will be paying for this treatment out of pocket, then I'd be looking into overseas places that manufacture the genuine product. Otherwise, it may be cost prohibitive.

Thanks for the help guys! From what I can tell its an awesome substance to help with healing but I don't think I will be able to get it through Drs orders. Well I know I won't because this is a workmans comp injury and they are a pain to get anything from. I mean it took almost 3 months to get an MRI just to show the injury and then another 2 after that for treatment!

I am in the same boat as you, I have upcoming shoulder surgery and have been very curious about supplementing HGH to aid recovery.

from all the research I have done, and testimonials of people who have tried it - HGH Will Help rehabilitation.

Im going on 3IU's a day prescribed from a Doctor. Goodluck with your rehab bro

LOL..that's funny. you could start with 3iu and slowly work your way up to 5-6iu per day if you like. I think 3-4 should make a considerable difference though if it's real GH.

    2iu am 2iu late afternoon
    40-60mg anavar
    500mg deca
    600mg test

if you don't grow and heal everything in your body on that type of cycle, learn to do with less..

    you can drop the deca/test

the reason 2iu is recommended in this case is that is the high end of normal when we are young, 2x day gives you significant improvement, you still get the max pulse late at night, so you will improve much faster..

remember that gh effects are systemic..

Sorry for the delayed reply. I'm def. not going to use gear right now since I haven't lifted heavy for over 8 months now. I have a lot of work to do to get back heavy again and I may not ever to be able to do heavy squats or deadlifts again

So 4ius split into 2 doses is just right for what Im looking for? I plan on doing at least 8 months but would hope to do a year. What would be the effects of just 2ius at my age(28)? I am really only looking for the healing effects and maybe a little BF drop but thats it.

Do you or anyone else have any info on GH helping repair disc material? I have search online but have not come up with anything.

Well if you have the surgery you will have issues walking for a few days then it becomes easier. But you will have to stop all athletics for a min of 6 weeks. Be sure you find a surgeon that is well known for his success, you want the best!
