A health amount of water will help flush toxins through your blood system quicker, but please be aware that too much water leads to hyponatremia.

No need to go guzzling vast quantities of H2O during your workouts. If you start feeling a bit dopey stop drinking water and get some electrolytes into your system. Regular old saltines would do the trick.
