Depending on how long the cycle is i try to mix it up but i always bulk so i stick to somewhat low reps no matter what but in a 12 week cycle i mix it up at least 2 times if not 3 because you will not be hitting a plato like when your not on AAS so you need to switch it up just to make sure you are getting the full effect and not tampering off. Maxing through the cycle helps me a lot!

I've done negatives to get through my plateaus, but ya you do hit plat's even on AAS which is kinda annoying..
