Ok,
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
3-4tbsp of peanut butter
1 banana
2 tsp flax seed oil
2 scoops of Casein Protein (48g protein)
however much vitamin d milk it takes to make it look and taste good.
I made this lastnight and it was actually really good. What do you all think about using this for my bedtime shake to last me through the night lol?
