I'm a European white guy living in Thailand and I regularly get diarrhea, I figure it's because I'm from a different part of the world that has different bacteria/viruses so my body might take a few years to fully adapt (I've been out here 18 months so far).
Anyway I've been having stomach pains and I've been squirting out chocolate milkshakes on the toilet for a few days... and I can't eat much, I can't even manage to eat 4 scrambled eggs for breakfast. I get at least two full meals in a day tho, one being beef steak and the other being chicken.
I'm currently in my last week of a 12 week cycle of Sustanon, Deca and Dianabol, I'm supposed I'm just lucky this didn't happen back at week 5.
I hear they say, if you're not getting enough food, then working out can actually make you lose muscle because you haven't got the material to repair the muscle you've damaged...
...So I've decided to stop working out altogether for a few days, hopefully that will minimise my losses.
I was thinking I might go into the gym and just do one set of each exercise, and do it lightly like 15 reps not even to exhaustion, just to keep my muscles a little bit stimulated.
In the meantime I'm drinking ridiculous amounts of water and I'm taking loads of those Electrolyte Replacement sachets.
