Elementary question about gaining mass and cutting fat

    Hello,

I am pretty sure this has been posted a thousand times so I decided to look for something similiar...couldn't find it so I though I would ask.

I have been training (lifting/cardio) for over 20 years and when I was younger gains and fat loss were not an issue. Now that I am pushing 40 it seems that I have gained strength but for some reason I cannot keep my bulk and or cut fat like I used to. I watch what I eat and break up the routine, but the fat loss and bulk retention just aren't there anymore.

I have read about sytropin (hgh) and other sublingual steroids but I am not sure what the h*ll I am buying, if it's going to make me go bald etc etc.

I am not a professional bodybuilder, but want to safely increase and keep my size, cut fat and do it safely with proven products.

    I could use some advice.

    Thanks for the time
    Jake

your test levels have been dropping for the past couple years.
That is why it has been harder for you.

For everyones first cycle, you should just run STRAIGHT TEST...

Dont get into HGH and all that so quickly.

You need to see how your body reacts etc.
One step at a time and you'll be very satisfied with the gains you will make.
You will have to eat properly though to cut fat and gain lean muscle.

    Welcome to the forum also!!

Also make sure to go see your doctor and get some bloodwork done and see how your test levels are. You may be eligible for TRT.

^^^^ if you have been lifting steady all these years and you all the sudden are dropping gains, odds are at your age that your test levels are going down and the possibility of trt/hrt is high.

Blood work- a must, even if you aren't trt ready.

    Good luck and welcome,
