    Diet and Cycle

    ey guys, I am trying to get as many opinions as I can. I did my best to put together a cycle with a diet and all. My goals are to get great definition, some strength and size gains, but mainly as great of cuts as possible. I was recommended this cycle, but also heard that Tbol and var, or winny would work. Not looking to be a bodybuilder, dont wanna squat 600 pounds or anything. Just look great. Any advice would be very appreciated.
    Also I am getting my bf down naturally to 14% or lower before starting any cycle.

    shoulders 54 inch

    Test Prop-125mg EOD for 8 weeks
    T/bol-60mg ED for 6 weeks

    wk 2, 50 mg clomid, 40 mg Nolva
    wk 3, 50 mg clomid, 20 mg Nolva

    Workout plan
    Day One
    Chest and Biceps

    Incline Bench 3 sets x 10 sets
    Seated Dumb BellCurls 3 rsets x 12 reps
    Flat Bench 3 sets x 10 reps
    Preacher Curls 3 sets x 10 reps
    Decline Bench 3 sets x 10 reps
    Standing barbell curls 3 Sets x 10 reps
    Pec Dec(Butterfly) 3 sets x 10 reps
    30 minute medium intensity cardio.

    Day Two
    Legs and Abs(do abs 2 times a week)
    Squats 3 sets x 8 Reps
    Leg Press 3 sets x 8 Reps
    Hamstring Curls 3 sets x 10 reps
    Leg Extensions 3 sets x 12 reps
    Calf Raises 3 sets x 10 Reps
    Front Crunches – 30 Seconds(ABs)
    Right/Left side Crunches – 30 Seconds each(Abs)
    Flat Plank – 30 Seconds(Abs)
    Right/Left Plank – 30 Seconds each(Abs)

    Day Three
    Back and Triceps
    Lat Pulldowns 3 sets x 10 reps
    Over head Extensions 3 Sets x 10 Reps
    One arm dumbbell rows 3 sets x 12 reps
    Seated Rows 3 Sets x 12 reps
    Dumb bell KickBacks 3 sets x 12 reps
    Bent Over Dumbell rows 3 sets x 10 reps
    Reverse tricep cable pulldowns 3 sets x 10 reps
    30 minutes medium intensity cardio

    Day 4
    Shoulders/Traps
    Bent Over Dumbell raises 3 sets x 10 reps
    Dumbell shrugs 3 Sets x 12 reps
    Upright barbell rows 3 Sets x 10 Reps
    Shoulder Press 3 Sets x 10 Reps
    Bent over dumbbell lateral raises 3 Sets x 12 Reps
    Frontal dumbbell raises 3 sets x 12 Reps
    30 minutes of medium cardio

    Day Five
    60 minutes of medium cardio

    Then 1 day rest then add a set and move up weight if possible.

    whats ur tdee---how long have u been eating like that?

    dont look bad---u could reach ur goals without aas---diet will dictate on or off cycle

    would test prop and winny be better?
    or Winny and Tren or Halo? or even tbol and var?
    looking for the best cycle for best results, less sides. You senior members gotta help a guy out.

    Okay, what do you think of the cycle though? is it the best one for my goals? I am working on the macros. What if i started befoer i got my bf down?

    yea i like test prop---dont really know what t-bol is

    im on 125mg prop eod myself--in week 10

    the higher the bf the more risk of sides

    Also, I will be getting the bf down. no point of risking more sides, when a little hard work can get it down.

    dont matter what kind of test u run really---they just have diff esters and half lifes---just go with the prop---winny prob wont do much for ya other than making ur joints hurt unless u get under 10%

    test and Tbol it is. thanks bro, I appreciate it. I prefer getting advice from here rather then "my guy" cause he is just trying to make money. I will keep the boards updated, pm or anything if you have anyother advice.
