However, in all of the spots it says sweet potatos i actually found out when i thought i was eating a sweet potato i was actually eating yams... so My cals have been off by about 7 cals, 1g protein, and 2 carbs for each ouce of potato. I eat 16oz of the potato a day which means my cals are 112 higher, 16g protein shorter, and 32g carbs higher.. if i was tring to keep a 45/35/20 split would this make my reults much less noticable? I have been training hard and doing cardio almost every day and havent seen the results i'de like to see, or was expecting to see.
and does anyone know the exact nutrtion value of grilled chicken?
