On cycle, hitting through a weight plateau

    Hey guys,

Well I'm on my 3rd cycle now, running 500mg of Test E and 500mg of Deca per week (my gears are legit), I'm on week 8th, and my weight hasn't moved at all for like a month (I had a Dbol kickstart), I even increased calories intake, currenly around 4500-5000 a day, but my weight is still remaining the same, are my receptors satured ? Am I overtraining ? I'm thinking about stopping cycle earlier than expected, but I'm not sure yet...

    Here's my diet :

    10:00 am :
    400 ml of multivitamins juice
    500g of fat-free quark
    100g of oatmeal

    1:00 pm (pre WO) :
    40g of whey
    35g of dextrose
    35g of maltodextrin
    5g of taurine

during WO : 10g of BCAA

    3:30 pm (post WO) :
    40g of whey
    35g of dextrose
    35g of maltodextrin

    4:30 pm :
    250g of brown rice
200g of red meat (or 6 white eggs and 2 yolks)
    100g of yogurt

    6:30 pm :
    100g of tuna

    8:00 pm :
    150g of semolina
    300g of fish (or chicken)

    11:00 pm :
    500g of fat-free quark

2:00 am (before going to bed) :
    50g of instant milk protein
    5g of taurine

Then here's my workout routine :

    Monday : Chest/Tri/Calves
    Tuesday : Back/Bi/Abs
    Wednesday : Legs
    Thursday : Delts
    Friday : Bi/Tri/Abs

    Any ideas bros ?

im sorry to say but this looks like diet fail. Your diet has to be constantly changing on cycle to support new muscle growth, I would definently reccomend you it up the diet section and get it into order before you waste your time

Yeah, definitely, the test E comes from pharmacy, and I'm having some of the sides : oily skin, increased libido, zits, increased pumps and my joints feel way better.

Might be possible about "more gears", because I used exactly same dosages and same compounds (except for the dbol), on the previous cycle.

Yep, its not a popular answer on the boards but in reality there is a time when doses have to go up.

Here is what I have been doing lately and I like it. I will use a very low dose for the kick start with something like dbol 25-30mg tops just to get the ball rolling I find if I use high dose like 50mg that I will actually loose stregth when I come off and it will take almost a month before I start gaining agin. So I go low in the begining and then throw a more powerfull compound like drol in toward the end at a good healthy dose that way I will keep gaining steady all the way through and not too much up front(which I dont like).

Just a bump to say that I was actually overtraining, I decreased workout intensity and now doing workout EOD, and my weight went up, thanks.

Most ppl get to excited to be on a cycle and work too hard. I do it myself. Its almost hard not to train when you feel fine. I tend to do about 4 days of heavy training a week. Then add in a little cardio on the off days. See if that helps?...
