I've finally realized i got a crap diet but i'm willing to admit it.
Im not to sure about the breakdown of the food but ill put up what i eat on a daily basis. I am on cycle at 500wk of test e. I am adding in clen to the cycle to hopefully cut down on some bodyfat while gaining some lean mass ( minus the bloat) . I think my biggest problem is my carb intake but not the only one. Im 25, 205lbs, 13% BF.
I eat about 6 times a day, sometimes 7 with a little recreational help
Meal 1 :
6 egg white, 2 yolks
1 cup of oats
20 oz of milk with 5 tbs of weight gainer ( 310 cals, 23g protein ) and 2 scoops of whey ( 190 cals, 28 protein ) and maybe some peanut butter once a week
Meal 2:
Chicken Ceaser Salad ( 240 cals, 20 protein)
2 Hardboiled eggs
all natural granola ( not sure on quantity, i just house it )
Meal 3 & 4 & 5
1 1/4 cup of brown rice
8 oz of steak
Meal 6
10 oz chicken
1 cup brown rice
Crap load of veggies ( usually broccoli or corn )
Meal 7
Same shake as first one, use a scoop of casein instead of whey
couple tablespoons of flax seed
Im ready for a diet beating and am serious about gettin into check.
Lookin for some advice about hwo to best utilize the clen while on cycle. thanks in advance
