    Deca to help shoulder injury.

Okay I have had a shoulder problem for about 10 months now and have seen a skelenton diagnosis doctor who diagnosed my shoulder problem as being impingement on the bursa cuff?... due to bad posture who says it can be cured by physio therapy, before I even saw the physiotherapist last week who gave me an exercise to do and help make my shoulder worse again I was getting back up in my strength and weights in shoulder press and bench press, it would hurt a little whilst taining but no pain at all outside of training until now,

I am going to get posture correction exercises and rotar cuff strengthening exercises from the physiotherapist soon....

I have never taken any steroids in my life and have been thinking long and hard about this and have been doing research on the internet, I am going to start a low dosage deca course, now my few questions I want cleared up are.....

    1. How many mls a week of deca?
    2. Should I take test with the deca even at a low dosage?
    3. How many weeks should I run the course for?
    4. I am guessing it would still be important to take something at the end of the course to clear my system out afterwards?

P.S. I am hoping that the deca will help in the strengthening of my rotar cuff and also maybe help a little with the golfers/tennis elbow I have on the same arm.

    Thank You.

i wouldnt have thought deca will solve your problem, i knw quite a few ppl who have had rotator cuff probs and it was rest and rehab training techniques tht pulled em through. its all about working out what range of movements will allow you to train to a certain degree

Deca has done nothing for my rotator cuff problem, lower back pain or any joint pain really.
Only think that has helped my shoulder after a year is being serious on the LIGHT 2x a week or more shoulder exercises. I am warming up 30+ minutes with just light shoulder work using cable and 10-15 lb dumbbells and also in between almost every set when i do chest.

Doing incline bench use to KILL me, I could only do 1/2 my bench weight. I'm almost even now that I have been doing GOOD long light warm-ups first and throughout. It's a PITA and tedious but you will start to tell a difference in a couple weeks if you do it right.

    Google/Youtube rotator cuff exercises.

BTW if you dont run Test with deca dont worry about having sex for a good long while. LOL

Depends on what is causing the impingement. If it is general bursitis/tendonitis Deca has helped me with this very well. If it is due to a bone spur or maybe a labral tear, prob won't do much. I have had fabulous results with Deca. Prob the best ASS there is IMO. Although the worst when trying to recover. Get an MRI and see

I had a letter back from the diagnosis Dept saying it was due to bad posture that my bursa was getting inflamed, before it gets inflamed some thing clicks or a little pop.

I'm not sure what your goals are, but if your just going to get on Deca to help with some shoulder pain, your asking for some trouble. Try some Advil or Aleeve. See a good Orthopedic and figure it out
