Ok so this is my FIRST DIET EVER ! It's purpose is to make me gain muscle, not weight. I think I have at least the most important things here, my protein is up there (1.30g of protein/pound of body weight) and I've got the basics down I think. So please help me in anyway, I'm still new to this game and trying to get my diet down. Thanks alot guys im open to any suggestions.![]()
