Having an issue with a source of mine

I know we cant post up names but how do I warn people about my source or maybe see if anyone else has had this issue with my source?

I got 1/2 of my order so far and the 1st half was 4 vials of test, 2 had leaked out and soaked the package but I see no sign what so ever as to how the test came out.

I emailed the company as Ive gotten replies from them just a couple weeks ago when I was asking quetsions about my order.

They didnt respond for almost a week, I finally got a response that said they want pics of the empty vials. Well I threw them away, ok fine if they dont want to send me new ones cause I cant "prove" it whatever. But Ive emailed them 3 times in the past 4 days asking what was up and they have not emailed me back.

I still havent recieved the 2nd part of my order either but it says I shouldve recieved it 3 days ago.

What would you guys do? and did I post this in the right section?

Sorry man. Honestly, I think you're just screwed. Try finding a better source (they are out there!) and hopefully things work out next time.

I guess my emails were going to his spam box, he emailed me back and "said" he was shipping out my amps

So all should be ok?

It took a week bud, and you know what if I were running a business I would be pissed if we didnt have great customer service.
Also when in the past they would email me back in less than a day, 3-4 days did start to worry me.
