pissed of today so i took a swing at a chair... (make sense right?) sure it does if you are a pissed off person on tons of tren and test!!!! and couldnt find what you were looking for (found it later just where i put it...)

the point is roid rage made me break my f#%king hand!!!! damn it!!! i was growing soooooo goooood

now i have to suffer and do what i can to salvage the rest of this cycle (two weeks left) and recover -!!!!

will hgh fix my had and make all the bonz grow back? (JOKING!!!!!!!!)

lol... funny thing is you would think as you get bigger and bigger ppl would leave you alone... im 6 foot 3 and 258 lbs(goal of 280 lbs will be fufilled over the summer)

but... dont you know about 5 or 6 weeks ago im out (i never go out to bars- and seldom drink) some dumb ass tries kissing my wife - whack- so he is down on ground not from a punch but i leg swept him as i flew in from the side... then he follow me out side with about 12 bouncers flying in every direction and starts crap with me out side... pop he is down. that should have ended it nope three other dumb asses have to start talking to me in a way that irritated me(one even spit in my face) pop pop pop ... then i drove home - irritated that i went out

Broke my foot 2 days ago out of anger not even due to rood rage, I kicked a ceramic flower pot as hard as I could thinking it was plastic but really it was filled with icy soil and it rolled over and now I have a broken foot haha I wouldn't wanna see me on roids, haha

I used to get angered easily before too even before ever doing a cycle or anything. I have calmed down a lot over the years and glad I did. Maybe you should also try to control your rage before you end up hurting yourself again.

I have a bad temper too. Yesterday I was pissed cause I got called into work early ( stupid ), was so pissed I ripped my dresser drawer out. Brother the mutcha uckAAA.

I've broken tons of stuff because I misplaced something. One time I lost my phone and while throwing my cloths around to find it, it flew out of a pair of pants and smashed against the wall. It only pissed me off more. Im better now

Haha, never been there but I'll take it from you bro. I worked security at a bar for 3 years (I bartend now, much better fit haha) but I can tell you, getting in fights nearly every weekend really made me lose my desire to fight randomly in the world, drunks always lose (at least they did vs. me and my staff). Of course, if someone disrespects your lady or crosses a line and spits in your face or something, you have to respond with authority, but the whole "who can bark louder" macho man randy savage shit is so out of my system now. Life teaches some really valuable lessons if you're willing to listen and learn, haha.

I have a few broke bones from fight and punching kicked things. I have learned to hit people when needed. And I use the grab and smash technique for other things. I know that I cause a ass load of damage so I try and control myself.
