I just switched to a very low carb diet about a week ago, and I am seeing some side effects that I think are related.
The most noticable are me having to piss about 15 times during the night, mouth always being dry, and can't stay asleep for more then a couple of hours at a time.
I have read that this stuff should go away after my body is done adjusting is that correct?
Not having any energy problems or headaches or anything but I would like to get some sleep one of these days, without having to piss every 5 minutes.
