Hi guys, yeah I'm looking for simple answer if possible here. I understand risks of cruising but after some good thought and taking into consideration my aims I have chosen to cruise, so hence no flaming if poss.

I have am at the end of a 12 week test e cycle which was as follows:

Weeks 1-12 600mg/week

I want to cruise at 250mg sust or 300mg per week, I have both available - which would better to cruise at for say 3 months?. I know people say test is test but its not really is cos of esters. If I inject once per week which would suit best?.
