My diet usually consists of:
Morning - One box of Natures Path Cereal - pumpkin usually, or oatmeal with peanut butter, my serving sizes are usually large, like 2 big bowls of oatmeal and a shake which consists of Dr Schulzes Superfood rice protein and some frozen fruit (30g's of rice protein) after that i eat tongol tuna, big turkey patties from costco, which are 35g of protein each, flourless wheat bread from trader joes, a post workout shake (serious mass from optimum), brown rice, i snack on hummus and veggie chips (my meals are spread usually about 2 hours apart) i take omega 3,6,9's, quercetin, carnitine, and alpha lipoic acid and coq10, i have jack3d for energy if i need it. a pre workout shake il usually throw some hemp protein and hemp milk in the blender and some frozen fruit like pineapples, mixed berries. i get around 200+ grams of protein a day. i weigh 230. if im at work il go for a pure protein shake or a colossal metrx bar over 30g each
