    New diet- no energy

Here is what I have been eating exactly for the last 2 months:

    8am - Protein shake (24g protein)
830am - 5 whole eggs, 1 whole wheat bagel, fruit
11am - 9oz steak, sweet potato, raw carrots
130pm (Post workout) Protein shake(48g protein), creatine
230pm - whole chicken breast, sweet potato, carrots
    530pm - Dinner with family
    9pm - 9oz steak, broccoli

    Am I not eating enough?

There are no macros on the beef or potatos. I am guessing that I am getting about 270g of protein. Maye I can add some ground turkey before bed

8am - Protein shake (24g protein) Why the shake here - just to break the fast? Is this a whey shake? Casein might be a better option, or drop it all together and make the egg meal your 1st meal of the day - OR add the shake to meal 1
830am - 5 whole eggs, 1 whole wheat bagel, fruit you can probably drop the fruit here. Oats would be a better choice than the bagel
11am - 9oz steak, sweet potato, raw carrots definitely drop the carrots, all sugar
130pm (Post workout) Protein shake(48g protein), creatine How about a carb source here? Oats would be a good choice
230pm - whole chicken breast, sweet potato, carrots carrots again?
530pm - Dinner with family Which consists of what?
9pm - 9oz steak, broccoli Good meal - but I see hardly any fat sources in your entire day. Avacado, EVOO, Natty PB, etc - your steak is probably the only fat your getting and it's mostly saturated.

    Am I not eating enough?

You need to post these meals to include all macros and total calories, then we can better answer this. Also, what is your TDEE?

I take the protein shake as soon as I wake up. I take it to hold me over until I get my eggs boiled and my bagels ready. I also use that time to shave and shower. I just want some quick protein while I am waiting for my eggs.

I will drop the carrots. I had no idea that they were saturated with sugar. I will pick up some natural PB as well. What would be a good raw vegetable to replace the carrots? I know you mentioned oats for carbs. How would I eat the oats? Just raw right out of the can?

Thanks a lot for your responses bro- I appreciate it

Mix it up, but lately what I have been doing is putting some raw oats in a bowl with water and cinnamon over night, putting it in the microwave for a minute and I convince myself that Im eating a cinnamon doughnut. Or I scramble them into my eggs in the morning, I like that too for some reason.
