I'm using Hydrochlorothiazide for my diuretic. Sorry Mike I looked everywhere for straight diazide, I don't know how to get it short of going to a doctor I guess.
So come today I figure out this is NOT potassium sparring, which, needless to say, has me worried.
I know it's more mild in it's potassium depletion aspects than say lasix, but I don't want to be cramping up on stage obviously. So i'm wondering what kind of protocol i should take here. I could have banana on my oatmeal throughout my carb up, just eat a banana friday and then maybe one on some stuff on my shit load on saturday morning. What is the best bet here, just enough to keep me safe.
