providing your stats, tdee, and macros will help.

how many oz of "chicken breast" is in one of those meals?

    how many fish oil caps?

You list Udos under supps, but I don't see that in your diet....

    It's a CNP MR,

    I train at approx 11am and work 3pm - 3am in bed by 3.30am

    A table spoon of Udos

At 25% bf I would not skimp on the cardio.

Honestly, if I were you I would be doing cardio at least 6 days a week.

As things progress you may need to throw in a second session per day, but for now one cardio session per day minimum.

i can do one session a day but some say it is bad for gains to mix cardio and weight lifting. If i do say Chest and Tri's on Monday then do Cardio for 40 mins is that ok. Should it be cardio first then weights. surely you would be tired after cardio session so weights first.

    thanks for your help

    Yes, weights first then cardio.

At this stage in the game you won't hinder gains.

Start hitting that cardio hard, my man, and watch the fat melt off.
