hi i am looking for some info for my mate cause he has no account,i have had a quick look at the educational threads but cannot find the answer,is there a specific place on the chest to pin and will it increase the risk of bitch tits? please dont bother to ask his stats as i dont know them and to be honest this is his first cycle and i just dont want him to mess himself up so i want to make sure he is doin it in the right place,i dont know cause i am new to all this and have never cycle before cheers

Delts (shoulders) are easiest for me. I know a lot of people go for the ass or thighs, though. I've heard of people doing pecs, but it is far from the most common spot to pin.
