For me personally you are using too many shakes per day, i would only use a whey shake as a PWO meal. Other than that you look like you are on the right track.
Peanut bitter looks a bit high in meal one, you may want to drop that down to 15g and try including some more fats in other meals and spreading them out through the day.
I would peesonally drop the peanut butter from meal 1 and add it to your last meal of the day.
We really need to seem macros tho to work out where you are. Has this diet been working for you or not? How long u been running it for?
What is your workout schedule like?
