I'm doing my first cycle of 500mg sus a week kickstarted with 30mg dbol... I'm into my fourth week getting great strength and weight gains... The last two weeks only in shoulder and arm exercises iv been getting this intense burning in my arms and shoulders, so much that i have to stop my set support my arms onto a bar to take the weight off and pain away. Is this gear related, am I doing something wrong and can I stop it anyway??
