Title says it all. I know carbohydrates are the vehicle by which creatine is transported. However, I avoid carbs PWO when cutting for several reasons. Regardless of what those reasons may be; should I not bother with 5g of creating mono in my PWO shake?
I do eat complex carbs up until my workout and am wondering if either A) My pre-workout carb meal will be enough to transport the creatine. B) I should start using creatine pre-workout.
