Exclamation Need a Boost! Any Advice? Thanks.

    Hi,
I have been out of the gym for over a year.
I am 49. Cholesteral is up, BP is up, hair is thining.
I feel lazy. I work construction 5 days a week and have nothing left for myself at the end of the day. Doc says its depression. I have started work outs but cant stick with it. My last routine was a year ago. 30 min runs and weights (two body parts a day). Lasted for 6 months with almost no results or improvement in Cholesteral, BP etc.
I am starting two IU gh because research suggests it improves the numbers and aids in weight loss.
I still need somthing that will boost my energy level (coffee dosnt help) and I am sick of waisting my time and acheiving no gains.
Is there anything I can get from my doctor or anywhere else that will help me regain some intensity?
Imagine the worst you ever felt in your life. Youd rather lie down than stand.
Except you dont want to lie down. you want to run.
Thats me right now and I cant shake it off.
Doc say's testorone is normal (i suspect a very low normal).
    Any suggestion?

    I really appreciate any help.

I suggest you go speak with a doc who specializes in hormones..... You need a full panel bloodwork done.... test/igf1/thyroid/cholesterol/liver/etc.....

A doctor that specializes in this stuff will obviously be more informed and therefore more qualified to treat you.

Also, Is your diet in check? I'm asking because your diet could be the source of bad cholesterol - however..... some people just have naturally high cholesterol and need to be treated with medication.....

    Good advice... Thanks.
Diet ok, could be better but Im in a funk so nothing sounds good.
Doctors and time off work are direct expenses for me wich is why I am seeking advice here first.
Is there nothing out there better than coffee to get someone going???

lol... why don't you try getting yourself some N.O. explode or a pre-workout drink...

damn even some caffeine pills. They'll wake you up 100%..

You might want to talk to your doc to see if your healthy enough to use one of these stimulant concoctions (IE) bp issues, etc...
