Ooo boy.
Pin prop everyday. This means you need to look into ~8 sites to pin. I would suggest Left+right glutes, quads, ventro-glutes delts.
23 gauge needles for all spots.
1.5 inch length for glutes. 1 inch for delts, quads + ventro-glute depending on how lean you are.
If you aren't that lean... don't be too cocky - pin your quads and vetros with 1.5 inch needles.
shooting into subQ tissue is very irritating and can create a lot of problems.
If your diet and training are in place, you'll see steady gains that don't plateau with T-prop starting from day seven.
