Im actully dieting for the past 2 months and i was able to lose about 23 pounds with (ZegZag dieitng /cardio/weight training)which is good thing
But im planning to take it to the next lvl and run cutting cycle which consist of (T3/Clen/Anavar).
While searching i found the right way to dosage them which can be found here

But i still have some questiones that remained unasnwered even with the help of the search tool.
My questiones are:
1-Would be a good idea to keep my (ZegZag diet which has 2 days to carb up) or just run with what jack87 did which is 1000,1200 cal below normal cal intake for full 6 weeks? For maxmium fat lose!!
I’m not familiar with that diet, but intermittently higher carb days during training is a very sound way of maintaining energy levels while dieting down, plus carbs aid your diet in a variety of ways (ruffage & regularity; vitamins & minerals; craving control; etc.) Of course you already know about the increased protein requirements, right?
2-Should i continue my (HIIT/Cardio x3 week) while on T3?(im asking this because idont want to lose more muscles which is going to happen with T3)
3x a week is the minimum cardio amt for general life maintenance – people who don’t even workout.
BB'ers often go 5x weekly, and pre-contest/definition cardio can be daily (as long as duration doesn’t get ridiculous).
Any reason you’re not using Test?
3-Is it possible to run Clen for full duration of 6 weeks with Ketotifen without reducing it effect of fat burning?
