    T3/Clen/Anavar cutting cycle 6 weeks!!

    Hello

    Im actully dieting for the past 2 months and i was able to lose about 23 pounds with (ZegZag dieitng /cardio/weight training)which is good thing
    But im planning to take it to the next lvl and run cutting cycle which consist of (T3/Clen/Anavar).
    While searching i found the right way to dosage them which can be found here http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=137526

    But i still have some questiones that remained unasnwered even with the help of the search tool.
    My questiones are:
    1-Would be a good idea to keep my (ZegZag diet which has 2 days to carb up) or just run with what jack87 did which is 1000,1200 cal below normal cal intake for full 6 weeks? For maxmium fat lose!!

    2-Should i continue my (HIIT/Cardio x3 week) while on T3?(im asking this because idont want to lose more muscles which is going to happen with T3)

    3-Is it possible to run Clen for full duration of 6 weeks with Ketotifen without reducing it effect of fat burning?


    Stats:
    6.2ft.
    204 lb LBM 3150 cal intake.
    BF 27%.
    3 years of training.

    I’m not familiar with that diet, but intermittently higher carb days during training is a very sound way of maintaining energy levels while dieting down, plus carbs aid your diet in a variety of ways (ruffage & regularity; vitamins & minerals; craving control; etc.) Of course you already know about the increased protein requirements, right?

    3x a week is the minimum cardio amt for general life maintenance – people who don’t even workout.
    BB'ers often go 5x weekly, and pre-contest/definition cardio can be daily (as long as duration doesn’t get ridiculous).
    Any reason you’re not using Test?

    Definitely, and significantly longer if desired. Be sure to read to the profile section regarding this topic.

    For the questiones:
    1- i think im going to stick with Zegag ieting and the carb up cause it seems to spare more muscles.


    2-Im going to do only HIIT training x3 week. and about the Test thingy, there is reason which is idont want to have longer PCT and idont want to get in the high estrogen problems i chose Anavar because its easy on the body and it preserve muscles and its easy on the PCT if i go for 6 weeks.



    3-I think im going to use Ketotifen But is there a reason why jack87 took week in and week off and didnt use Ketotifen?
