Hi guys, I hope I could get some advice and instructions from you. Im 22 years old, 6'2 height, and weigh 210 lbs. I been chubby my entire highshool years and was always determined to do something about, but always to lazy. I used to weigh 250 lbs, and was able to knock 40 pounds off naturally. I been working out for the last 4 months at the gym. Mon,tues, wed off, thur, fri, and satm sun off. My body and strenth overall has changed. But nothing extreme or satisfying to me. I still have some fat and still cant take my shirt off and feel confortable. I read into alot about anabolic steroid and i am seriously considering in taking them. I want to do a novice bulking cycle, followed by a cutting cycle.
My questions now are!!!
1- like I said I still have some body fat, do i need to get rid of that b4 take the bulking cycle?
2-If yes what can I use to eliminate this fat off? I heard of something called clen, whats that?
