    Binging on cycle is getting out of hand

    For around 2 months, I was using clen only, and was able to follow my diet pretty strictly along with the occasional cheat meal per week.

    Now that i'm on cycle, using test P and E/winny/t3/clen, i'm getting really bad hunger binges in the morning.

    Basically, I go down to the basement and start eating chocolate, today I ate around 600 cals worth of sweets. I didn't have this problem at all before. I'm guessing because of the t3 and AAS and the fact that i'm burning more energy compared to before, it's making me want to binge.


    Anything I can do to help me not do this? BTW, there will always be chocolate, candy and cookies in my house, nothing I can do about that.

    Wow thats crazy. I have been on strict diet for about 6 months and have had no cravings for any certin food and only cheat a meal here and there. I started my T3 a couple days ago and had such cravings for donuts at at 130Am I got in my car and drove about 20 min to the 24 hour donut shop to get some and then ate 4 of them. The craving was so stong it was like I wanted drugs. It made me sick to my stomach. Also after talking to some people I decided to stop my T3 yesterday. Wich I had those bad cravings again last night. I dont know if its the T3 but thats pretty weired.

    Just try to remind yourself that too much chocolate can make your money (that you paid for the AAS, clen, etc..) go down the drain.

    Try and binge on something else if you are going to binge......try dark chocolate......people say drink water but that wont do shit for me......get some natty peanut butter, a spoonfull of that usually helps me.

    I am a binge eater. If it's natty PB, I'll eat a jar. If it's chips, I'll eat a bag. Even if it's lite tofu and berries, I'll eat enough to go over my TDEE. I sabotaged myself for months before finally accepting that the only answer was to decide what was more important; stuffing my face or looking good. You'll need to do the same. If you never have that first bite, there will be no relapse.

    I'm on my 4th week of Test E only cycle and there hasn't been one night I haven't woken up and raided the fridge - usually around 2am. I bought a couple boxes of different flavored protein bars and keep those in the drawer next to my bed. Seems like the Casein and PB before bed is digested and gone in a matter of minutes lol
