For around 2 months, I was using clen only, and was able to follow my diet pretty strictly along with the occasional cheat meal per week.
Now that i'm on cycle, using test P and E/winny/t3/clen, i'm getting really bad hunger binges in the morning.
Basically, I go down to the basement and start eating chocolate, today I ate around 600 cals worth of sweets. I didn't have this problem at all before. I'm guessing because of the t3 and AAS and the fact that i'm burning more energy compared to before, it's making me want to binge.
Anything I can do to help me not do this? BTW, there will always be chocolate, candy and cookies in my house, nothing I can do about that.
