every time i start bulk dieting it starts! These flachalents(i dont know how to spell that...do you?) could clear a banquent hall. My girl friend thinks there might be something wrong with my ass. Maybe I should have posted this under injuries. How much of that 400grams of protein comes from powder(shakes)?

I've never been able to put my finger on exactly what the problem is because I don't cheat often. However, when I eat: sugar, dairy, or high GI processed carbs I am stupidly gassy. Really, your diet shouldn't contain any of the above but if it does, cut them out and see what happens.

shoot...im with you man. I fart all f-in day and my wife hates it. I got her taking casein shakes now and she's got the farts. I'm might be a little immature but my little girl still thinks that funny so i dont think its a big problem but i dont think its funny when my wife does, kind of a turn off. Guess i know how she feels.

    LMao X2

Most likely your high gas is from the excess protein with the absence of fiber. Go to the store and buy those flavored metamucil candies. They are like large oval rainbow colored candies. Eat like three of them everytime you eat a bunch of protein, especially shakes and eggs. That should clear it up for you.

Digestive enzymes helped me a great deal.

Wheat, diary products (any animal) and mixing particular foods sets me off.

I also now avoid Whey and use BCAA's/Leucine.

    Creeatine Mono can worsen things.

I just get on with it if I get gas now. But avoiding and adding the things above helped me.

I used to have TERRIBLE GAS. It was funny at first but it got really old reallyfast. My friends started to get seriously annoyed with it. However, I stopped eating eggs and dairy ( including whey protein) a couple weeks ago and......NO GAS!. it's a miracle.

Prior to starting TRT a in Feburary I never had gas issues. Now like many of you I pass gas all day and it is deadly.

It the only thing that changed was the TRT. I am taking cypionate, T3, and anti-e's (switched from anaztrazol to stane and no change). One of these must be causing the gas.
