So i currently am on my Winstrol and Clen Cycle.
i started with one week just taking Clen then i began the Winstrol a Week later. This is my cycle for getting me back into Training Camp shape for football. I have noticed the Clen and i find it alot better than ECA stack, less jitters and less dehydration.
I am running the Winstrol for 8 Weeks. and i will run the Clen for two weeks, then take two weeks off, and then run it again. for a total of 10 weeks.
i have ballooned up to 17 percent body fat. i was previously 12, in October.
but i am not to worried for my body fat, and using winny and clen.
i bike 1 and a 1/2 hour a day.
i lift 1 hour 1/2 a day,
and i do footwork,speed,cardio,agility an hour a day.
as you can see im running two a days. i will be doing this 6 days a week until July 1. when training camp opens.
my diet is clean. no booze. no fast food. protein in every meal, high fibre. 4 litre of water a day. fruits vegetables and complex carbs in 2 meals a day.
one cheat meal a week. which will be pasta, or something home made. i wont be cheating to bad.
after this cycle, i may try the Test E, Anavar.
