    legality???

    So last week i relapsed in my house and a ambulance and cops were called. I had most of my gear stashed away but the cops searched my place when i was in the ER and they took my DNP, PGCL, Halo, Tbol and viagra. Idk if im getting charged yet or not or if i can get charged. If i can/do get charged wtf will i get charged with? i know the tbol, halo are illegal but whats the legality of dnp and pgcl?

    Ummm.... this will probably fall under Illegal search and seizure. Need more details as to why they would be searching your house and how it all went down. I would contact a lawyer. You can't get your gear back but they probably can't charge you.... depends on a lot of things.

    any good lawyer can get you off of any charges that arise from this as you were not in the house when they found it. just if they ever say you can pick up anything dont even think of it. Very close to a big case that was dropped because of this, no worries at all just get a good lawyer if it comes to it and they will have no chance.

    Dude.....they pocketed your sh*t! Especially the Viagra. I work very close with cops everyday as I work for a company that produces and distributes body armor. I'm in the police stations, in their squad and locker rooms. I hear them talk. And if I had to guess I would say that 65% of them are dirty. As in dirty I dont mean murderers or into really heavy sh*t. But most of them do favors, pocket small amounts of cash and/or drugs. I doubt you will EVER hear anything else out of these guys!

    Agree with the above... Sucks and to bad you cant sue them and get your gear back but it's gone. That's why I have a LARGE gun safe... $300 walmart...

    If you hear a story that someone in your situation "got away with it" that doesn't mean your going to,just a slight difference in the circumstances can be Good/Bad for you.

    Get a lawyer....keep your mouth shut ...and the cops will lie about everything if they question you. GET A LAWYER

    If a cop was there be for you left to go to the hospital and he saw illegal items laying in plain sight , then that gives him Just Cause to search your house.

    YES COPS ARE DIRTY, I know they are.......

    talkn to my lawyer monday whos already working on a case for me and if there is one lawyer in stl that can get me out of this its him. ill let you all know what he says. while i wait iv got one of my cop buddys who works for the same county finding out if these dicks are going to try and charge me. if i get picked up i know not to talk until my lawyers with me LOL the Drug Task Force beat my ass last year for me trying to wait for my lawyer but thats a whole other story...

    no shit i was freaking out buti had one of my buddys that a cop talk to the dicks that took my shit n he told them not to charge me but i cant get my shit back n that sucks cause idk if i can get pgcl or dnp anymore and that was all the halo and tbol i had

    illegal items in your home should always be kept hidden , you could be robbed or countless other things.

    you need to be unique in finding your stash area, the cops arent that stupid , thieves usually wont spend that much time in your home looking for stuff.

    NEVER show someone your stash area.
