Hey looking for a little advice ive been doing pre breakfast cardio 30 min jogs 2 days on 2 days off and 20 mins after every training session 2 mins at 6km/hr warm up then started at 7km/hr for 2 mins then 8km/hr for 2 mins intervals ive gradually built it up to 7.8 and 8.8. now im going away on hols in 5 weeks so obv maximum cutting is wanted im wondering if i should extend the post exercise cardio time like go 30 mins or jsut keep going and making the speeds faster and faster ie higher intensity intervals? i know every1 is different but some pointers would help

age- 25
weight- 210lbs
bf%- 10.2(want as low as possible)
Learned alot about diet in the forum and using a well recomended diet that is working obv just want maximum results and minimal loss
currently on test e and anavar and added in winny for the last 6 weeks and its coming along nicely
