on my 2nd cycle.
on 4th week of a 30dbol/500test/400deca cycle. very prone to acne and slightly prone to gyno (got some in my first cycle, its going away).. I just started taking liv52 and arimidex. would like to know what dosage for arimidex to keep estrogen down but would like to avoid slowing my gains.
currently taking .5 mg EOD but not sure at all.

.5 eod is good if your prone to gyno...
you should be good but if your nips get sensitive at all up it to .5 ed...but hopefully your not as prone to it as i am and wont need to up it.. .5 eod good to go.

I would start with .25 eod... If you feel the need to up it go .5 eod.
