Been training seriously for almost 3 years now. Had a personal trainer, which was pretty worthless for 2 years before that. I'm 24 now went from 270 lbs ~35% bf down to 190 lbs 13% bf (hydrostatic test). I'm a definite endomorph and maintaining even this level of bf is difficult for me. Now i've hit a plateau and i'm looking into a cycle. Diet is in check and my routine is solid, but I just seem to lack the genetics for building significant muscle. Have not had my test levels checked, but im looking into it soon.
