Did my first injection 3 days ago (250 mg test E)...im also taking 30mg dbol/day

1. Painful lump...covers a 6 inch area around the injection site
2. Body aches (muscles, bones all hurt and feel weak)
3. Headaches/dizziness
4. When I pee or take a shit, if I "push", the injection site hurts and feels like i'm pressing on it
5. No temperature that i know of, but ill check when i get home

Do I have test flu?

Do I continue with next scheduled injection?
