Hey guys, awesome site.
I been viewing for months now and learnt so much just from reading posts and diet information. Some very knowledgeable people on here thats for sure!
So I just wanted to say thanks and hopefully as I learn more I will start posting, its a bit intimidating atm as although I have trained for some time this is the first time I have really considered ASS. Only Pro Hormone cycle I have ever done was a 4 week Tren LV which to be honest did make me strong and fuller but also added 2 to 3 % body fat.
Little profile: Name: Kevin, age 37, 6ft 1, 205lb approx (we use stone in the UK, so im about 14.10 so its just over the 205 mark i think)
started training at 15 and trained hard for about 5 years, then found girl - got involved and had no life! you know that way the story goes!!! (luckily now seperated from her and have a girl who loves training)
Now into training hard again and been doing so for 3 / 4 years I guess, although body just dont respond like it used to at 20 though thats for sure. I eat clean: fish, eggs, brown rice, wheat pasta, tuna, loads of salad and veg, good fats, and my whey protein drinks but the old body fat is high at the moment, prob about 18 to 20 % - so I will shortly be addressing that. I wanted to put on a bit of weight to feel stronger initially but summers now aproaching and I will be looking to lean up a bit
I am just starting to find what foods I react to, what portion sizes and calories etc, it has taken me months if not years to get to this point with cal counting, adding up my proteins/carb intake etc.... and Im still not sure whats best - I guess its a long learning curve and one that takes time. Thing is Im always always hungry, I love food, I ploughed into my oats this morming with my 6 egg whites and my whey protein, then 2 to 3 hours later was eating 250 gr of king prawns cooked in 25 gr peanut butter with veg hmmmm, and in about an hour I will be having my chicken breast with brown rice before my workout - I just love food and always hungry. My mrs looks at me sometimes in disbelief as I rifle through the cupboards literally 1 hour after eating LOL (as I guess a lot of us do here)
my workout (just changed it as was doing 6 days which was actually destroying my gains) so now I do:
Mon-off
Tue-Back/Triceps
Wed-off
Thur-Shoulders/Biceps
Fri-off
Sat - Legs /calves
Sun - Chest
I train either abs or cardio every other day to to try to keep the body fat form exploding.
