Would say when there is not more discomfort in the joint. If you rush back and reinjure then you just lose more time.

i found that laying off the heavy dumbells worked for me also i believe what caused the pain/injury to begin with....but had it in both elbows and both mostly gone to barely noticeable

I have it in my left elbow, just been working out through it and only a few exercises make it really hurt. I can't even tell it is there doing normal activities during the day.

It is annoying though, wish it would go away but I guess I need to take some time off which is not happening.

well i give my response even though look like op might be gone, i had inner and outer elbow pain for about 4 years, finally started ART,it was painful first few visits but after that more like a discomfort,i will say that i continued to workout while receiving ART and not only that, i increased weight and added movements that i had stopped doing.

Stop the tricep work for now. I would also recommend 2 forearm straps on each forearm and elbow sleeves (thick neopreme) when you work out. I used to not be able to workout now im 100 pct.

Just took off for 3 weeks to see if the elbow would heal up, it feels no different and I would argue actually felt worse sometimes from tightening up I guess.

    Back in the gym.
