    Greetings From Yet Another NEWBIE!

    Hidy!

    Well let me start with this, I am a 36 year old Budweiser Sales Rep. I am looking to be part of this site/forum to gain help and assistance from all of you. I will thank all of you in advance for anything/everything you assist me with. I have a 23 year old girlfriend of almost 2 years and things are looking good. I am really looking to improve my body some with muscle and bulk! Sure as Ive been reading, I know MOST all of you dont give out your sources at the blink of a newbie, and thats fine. I am here to gain friends and hopefully gain trust in one/all to get questions answered and assit others as well as I become knowledgable.

    Now to start I have been told to follow this cycle and you can give me your thoughts if you so please:

    Try this Mobtoya for a good, safe start (10 week cycle)

    *400mg week of Durabolic (Deca)
    *500mg week of Sustain (Sustonon)

    As far as the shots, you will take 400mg of the deca, which is 2cc's a week & 500mg of sustonon which is also 2cc's. You can use one needle and 5cc syringe and mix them so you only take ONE big shot!

    If you want to do the half dosage to start just take 1cc of each a week!

    ~Now that being said, how does that sound to those that understand the in's & out's of building mass and muscle? If that sounds like the wrong road to take then can you assist in a better cycle for a newbie?

    **HERE IT GOES**(worth a try)** If....IF...IF anyone has any good sources to get the items I need (listed above), or have a better plan for a newbie then I would be greatful, and DEEPLY appreciated!!!     I'm just gona say hi! Think its a good cycle but not for a 1st cycle. Think about runnin sust only at 500wk 2x pin wk. Deca is good but you might get deca dic and yoy would need cialis or viagra at the end amd threw pct. Line up a good pct. Agreed w above nice avy. I might see you around this summer on Lake Texoma!!!

    I think it's a little overboard for a first cycle, maybe test for 12 weeks with a 4 week blast of dianabol just for a nice jump start, plus as the other poster said "deca dic"

    Your mrs might not appreciate that bit !

    As for requesting; when people see your post you will have loads of scam mail trying to rip you off. Hang bout the board and get to know some people, load up on diet info and training advice and you will find a genuine source. Anyways ... welcome

    Cool, really appreciate the advice every little bit helps! Thanks for saying Howdy, started to think it was another site where new members just get ignored! Yeah I guess your right moosedog, I have mainly done nothing but reading on the site.....and glad to see yall are REAL...LOL! Look forward to talking to you guys again real soon!

    So you suggest just running Sust at 500mg per week with NOTHING else right? No dont care for Dec Dic..got a little booty to please as you can see my avatar... she wouldnt take lightly to that at ALL! If you get a chance you think you could email me........appreciate the help!

    As in terms of your question I think any thing on its own first cycle and you will get awesome results. Maybe even some test e all by its self. That will be a good safe first cycle which will get you good results.

    Another idea for some PCT would be to look into sustain alpha. I have used it after a pro hormone 4 week cycle and the stuff is awesome. I used the LV but also had a tropical format I applied straight to my ball sack that felt great.

    Cool well I appreciate the up and up....guess I will just do the test like you and others suggested! Again I am here to learn from you guys...No i dont want to do it wrong...nor go all balls out and over do the stuff. Yalls informations and suggestions are GREATLY appreciated. I have been looking at the diets that are listed here in the forum/site and boy what a *SS beating they are but willing to take on the challenge to get the results I need! Do yall have any diet ideas for me that you can forward to a first timer that will do some test (once I find a SOURCE)? I have seen a handfull of diets plans on here but they are not easy to choose from. How bouts a good work out program for me? If you suggest anything maybe you can email me or just shoot the links here and I will do the reading and printing!

    Now dont get all testy but WTF is all this abbreviation stuff....LOL remember I am new at this...PCT...LV? Im not asking yall to hold my hands but shoot me down the road to find the Roid Dictionary.....LOL! Seriously anything you are willing to do will be helpful!!!!

    This is roughly my diet, the only thing that will change is that I would cut down a little on the carbs on non training days and only have 2 main carb meals

    Meal 1 - Carbs / Proteins

    Oats with skimmed mild and fruit (strawberrys)
    2 scoops whey protein
    6 egg whites/ 2 yellows

    Meal 2 - Proteins / Fats

    1 to 2 chicken breasts and 150 gr prawns cooked in 40 gr peanut butter (add little water as cooking to stop burning / sticking)
    Lots of asparagus / spinach and salad things

    Meal 3 - pre workout - Proteins / Carbs
    100 g brown rice, loads of salad, tin tuna or chicken breast

    Meal 4 - post workout - Proteins / Carbs /fats
    Creatine drink as im on last 10 mins of cardio (on bike)
    50 g wheat pasta, chicken breast, prawns (or both, cooked in 20ml olive oil) or tuna with salad with 20 ml light salad cream
    1 scoop whey protein

    Meal 5 - Proteins
    Whey protein Drink
    4 egg whites mixed in

    Meal 6 - Carb/Protein/Fats
    Main meal with the mrs! (I try to keep this a small portion and not stuff myself, its more to be sociable with the mrs)
    options:
    1. pasta/ ground mince in tomato sauce
    2. Home made Thai Curry, loads of veg, chicken
    3. Steak! with small portion of carbs
    4. homemade wheat pizza, with prawns /chicken and garlic etc

    Meal 7: Last thing 30 mins before bed is a casien protein drink (as its slow realease)

    every 2nd week I have my cheat meal when I take my mrs and my daughter out on the friday night, both love indian currys so I pig out

    If during my diet I feel particually hungry for fats or carbs I sometimes have some ice cream with pistachio nuts or rice cakes. (this is normally if im doing a little more cardio)

    Btw brother: PCT stands for (POST CYCLE THERAPY)

    there is a thread in one the site somewhere giving all the slang and words you need to know and there meanings, and sustain LV was a supplement I took that helps after a AAS or pro hormone cycle. I only done a 4 week pro hormone but did get a little shut down just from that so the sustain helped the old nuts get back to the correct size :~)

    Also a good workout you might want to try

    Day 1 - Legs / Calves
    Day 2 - Chest / Abs / Cardio
    Day 3 - Off
    Day 4 - Back / Triceps / Abs / Cardio
    Day 5 - Off
    Day 6 - Shoulders / Biceps / Abs /Cardio
    Day 7 - Off

    Put your day one where ever you want it, I do legs on saturday as I have more time in the day then to recover as no work

    Legs: warmup (normally I would squat every second week but recently stopped as get more out of hack squats and can really concentrate on the leg rather then if my backs going to go!)

    4 leg extentions
    4 Leg Press
    4 Hack Squats
    3 leg curl
    3 leg hamstring curl
    calves

    Chest:
    4 dumbell press
    4 Incline Press
    4 Flyes
    (superset with dips)

    Back:
    6 Pulldowns (2 warmup)
    4 t-bar
    4 machine rows
    4 deadlifts or hypers

    Triceps:
    4 close grip
    4 dumbell extention to head
    *4 rope pulldowns (superset with bench dips)
    *one week uswap with palm up grip on bar

    Shoulders: (Im working around a rotacuff injury at present so laterial movements I cant do but this would be the workout)
    6 shoulder press (i use a machine as it dont affect my cuff injury but normally would use dumbells or bar)
    4 laterial raise
    4 upright rows (superset with rear laterial dumbells)
    4 shrugs

    Biceps:
    4 Inclined dumbell curl (again stright bar curls hurt my shoulder)
    4 hammer curls
    4 Preacher curls

    Now at the moment Im supersetting 2 body parts, for example during shoulders / biceps yesterday I done my set of shoulder press then straight away grabbed the inclined curls for biceps with No rest...then back to shoulder press etc. This way is very intence but my workouts are blasted in under an hour and I really enjoy it. Its what works for you though mate. Try supersetting, then try resting and going heavier and see how your body responds. Im 37 now so feel I need higher intensity workouts to keep the fat down a bit. But experiment mate

    yeah nice avatar,for you know bro this is not a source board you cant be on here fishing its against the rules and you open yourself up to scammers,first cycle keep it simple,test only,what is your body fat %,welcome to the board.

    With all due respects I am not here fishing for the wrong information. I am here to gain knowledge and make friends that will be willing to assist me into getting where I want to be. I know it wont happen over night, those things you want really bad come with time. Im a very old fashion raised man with good eithics and respect values. I am very thankful to be part of such a great forum and all the experts that surround it. From what I have been told here already I have agreed to do nothing but test and drop the deca from those that have taken the time to write me. As far as my body fat I am not sure at this moment and will get this information really soon. My first steps are going to be to take baby steps and correct my diet and be faithful to a good workout plan. I might not go as deep as some suggested but a HUGE effort will be made! If he/you have taken the time to write here on this thread then I need to respect your words and consider them as much as possible without getting burnt out! So test and ONLY test will be my only item along with a good diet and workout plan.

Man, I think the real kicker here is gonna be the diet for me....that is gonna be the thing that kicks me in the *ss!!!! I will have to edit it some to keep me from.....DROPPING DEAD ..LOL! Love the workout program you use...will use that for sure! Man what a great start and I appreciate your help and time you have in posting all this awesome information. It has been noted and will be used! Yup, going to just stick with the test for my first go around, theres been a few that suggested the same thing so i better listen!!!!     no prob on the workout bro, I think trying different workouts every few months and seeing what works for you.

    But yeah diet is the main thing bro for sure, I been eating like an animal and aside one small course of pro hormones I been natural thus far, so like you i am very interested in learning loads before my first cycle, but I will go with the simple 10/12 weeks of test e....job done.

    I been smashing down so many calories to put on a little size and also doing cardio, trouble is I have put on a little to much body fat... not that im unhappy about it cos it made me stronger and helped me learn tons about the way my body reacts to food. I prob need to loose 4% BF before I consider doing my course. I want it get the best posible results I can from it.

    On your question above dude, I believe you have to have so many posts before you can use certain funtions or ahve certain permissions on the site. As for sources, just hang out, take your time and get to know people, help out where you can and eventually you will be rewarded

    lol,ok bro lets move on i think you took that the wrong way, just be careful with what PMs you may get,im sorry if i over looked it but what are your stats and training history? i know you stated that you do not know what your BF% is at this time,also have you been in the diet and workout forums yet? as mentioned diet will be the most important thing and that goes for whether you are on cycle or not! it some good info in the diet forum if you have not done so read the stickies there and put together a meal plan to meet your goals then post it up for critique ( people will help you tweek it ) also when you post the diet post what your goal is and your stats,this way you can learn how to put together a meal plan for yourself and are not just picking out some diet out of the blue so to speak,you can also post up a workout in the workout forum,so lets get started.
