    Hey all Im the New Dude.. Just wanted to stop by and say hello.. Im here to learn and soak up as much of your knowledge as I possibly can..Hope that my greeting has found you in good spirits..     Stats consist of:

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    Cycle history
    Years training

    Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...
