Any know of an effective treatment for kp?

Read about using nizoral for it. My wife has put nizoral directly on her arms for the past 2 days and there is a tremendous difference! So we may have a credible mitigator of KP.

The sun actually helps a bit, as does exfoliation, and cremes with uriac acid (KP Duty is one, there are tons tho).
