    Test Heal Injuries Quicker?

I seemed to have jacked up my rotator cuff a few days ago.

I take a multi with a joint supplement in it. I'm running test prop 150mg/ml EOD will the test help heal my "injury" up a bit quicker?

I really doubt it. I'm about 3/4 into my first cycle of test e

I have a rotator cuff from years ago that never healed right. The only thing that helps is to do rehabilitative exercises. If you type "rotator cuff exercise" into google and youtube a bunch of stuff will come up. Use very light weight. In total I do 6 exercises to heal my cuff and tendonitis in one arm and I do 1 stretch for my rotator cuff although I should do more.

PS Im too lazy to pull up the article but I read that test temporarily weakens or reduces the tendons strength and joint collagen whereas some aas like deca or hgh actually increase them.

Lastly know when to take time off. My tendonitis got so bad I had to take a week off. That time off should really be a month i'm just not willing to be off that long. The week off helped.
