Looks like crap. What is it supposed to do?

it suppose to increase your libido.why crap?it has 6.5 gr tribullus terrestris(but it doesn't say from where or what % of saponins or protodioscin it has)..one guy from this forum said that he made test about his testosterone levels and it was low,and after 3 weeks of this stuff he increased his testosterone levels
