I have noticed when I am doing dumbell presses or dumbell flies I get this feeling in my elbow like its unstable. Almost like there is nothing there supporting my arm. In fact about a month ago. I was doing 100lb DB's and I had my arms extended ready to come down and it just gives out on me. Drop the DB's. I did not hear anything tear or pop int he elbow. Yesteday I was doing flat BD flies and when I would make the movement it felt like the DB's could just come across my body and fall on my chest. Almost like I didn't have a grip on the DB. And they were only 40lb dumbells. I do not have any pain in the elbow and its not even a pain when I am lifting. It just feels like nothing is there. Any ideas what this could be?
