my first thoughts is to hit the treadmill and run that fat off and (what is your BF?)Im not really sure you sound ready for a cycle mate - not to offend or nothing but you really need to do some research, check your diet etc... however between 40 and 80 MG per day (12 hours apart) for 4 to 6 weeks and will get you results but only if your training and eating smart
