My left nipple was extremley sore and tender for a few days and now the pain has subsided but not completly. The area around my nipple is now puffy and a round lump is forming underneath my nipple along the peck line. It's very soft and almost mushy. It looks like a mini man boob but I don't feel any lumps. My right side is completly fine and normal. I'm on a 6 week cycle of Test Enanthate at 1cc per shot twice a week. I'm not stacking it with anything. I'm at 2 1/2 weeks now. Could it be water retention or gyno or am I over thinking things?
Also what started the pain was my nipple was itchy as hell. When I grabbed it, to itch it, I grabbed a little nub. It was just a little ball and when I squeezed pain shot through out my left peck. So could that have something to do with it too?
